Epsom salt is widely known as bath salts wherein they are blended with essential oils for relaxing experience.
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate and it is commonly originated from the spring in Epsom Surrey (England) where it was first discovered. The magnesium from the Epsom salt will reduce inflammation, ease body aches and flush out toxins.
